Can I cancel any time?
Yes, for monthly subscribers — no notice period, no penalty. Annual subscribers are billed once for the year and can cancel renewal before the next billing date. If you've got what you needed and feel ready to use Irish on your own, that's exactly the outcome we're hoping for. You can always come back when a new course launches.
I work in a café that has the kit. Do I need to subscribe separately?
No. The Fáilte Kit covers all staff at a participating business. If your employer has registered, your access is already there — ask them for the shared link.
What happens when new courses come out?
Active subscribers and first-year kit holders get access to new courses automatically — restaurant, retail, and whatever comes after. No extra charge while your plan is active.
Is there a student or group discount?
Not yet, but it's something we're thinking about — particularly for schools and community groups. If you have a specific situation in mind, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
What does "first unit free" actually mean?
The full first unit of the Coffee Shop Encounters course — all 12 lessons, the real-world challenge included — is free with no account required. You only need to create an account and subscribe to access the rest. We'd rather you try it first.
